Creative Brief

Hometown Poké & Bubble Tea, a local restaurant and boba cafe in Rhode Island, sought help in building a social media strategy to improve content, streamline the creation process and maintain consistent posting.

 

While their social media activity was inconsistent, Hometown Poké & Bubble Tea had a strong and distinctive brand identity. The goal was to elevate their social media presence (on Instagram and TikTok), ensuring they received the consistent spotlight they deserved.

 

In my role as the Social Media Manager, I: 

  • Researched trends, brainstormed ideas, produced, edited and scheduled posts on Instagram and TikTok

  • Improved engagement with followers and found ways to entice new ones (non-followers) 

  • Established and maintained a digital archive of fresh videos, photos and graphic design templates
